The Potsticker Asian fine dining restaurant offers a range of Malaysian, Chinese, Japanese and Thai food, combined to create exquisite dishes with a stylish presentation.

We introduced The Potsticker to Keilor, to provide the community with an Asian Fine Dining experience like no other, offering delicious and elegant dishes, created and presented wih quality by our chef Jeffrey Chen, and the staff.
The Style of the restaurant reflects a more modern and classic look, as apposed to the traditional Chinese design, using furniture and stacked stone walls.

Our Chef

Our chef Jeffrey Chen, is a highly qualified chef in many states and countries such as Malaysia, China, Thailand and Hong Kong, winning multiple awards for his significant dishes. For over 35 years Jeffrey has been working as a chef, using the same skills and abilities he presents now in The Potsticker Restaurant, making it possible to achieve the taste and look of all our dishes. Many of the fusion food we have on our menu was designed by the chef himself. Offering the community something that can't be purchased or seen anywhere else. Jeffrey was also the food designer for a tv show in Malaysia. We are proud to have such a experienced chef working with us, ensuring the best quality food for our customers.
